Orders will not be carved until payment is made and an approval is given for the sample sent.

Personalized items will not be able to be returned unless there was a mistake on our end.

All items in our shop are ONE OF A KIND. No two pieces are exactly the same. If you buy a product shown on the website you will recieve that exact item. If the item is no longer available we will send you photos of the nearest like item that we have.
